1. Introduction

Welcome to Yeseco! At Yeseco, we are dedicated to providing Eco Friendly Clothing and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy in compliance with UAE regulations.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund, please ensure the following criteria are met:

• Valid Reason: Customer should provide valid reason

• Return Period: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or order confirmation email must be provided.
• All refunds will be issued according to the YesEco’s store policy for returns and cancellations. Once the store registered your return the cancellation, the process will start and might take upto10 days. And your refund will be processed only on the payment received or with Tabby
• Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
• Customized or personalized clothing.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Store can reject the proposed case with regards Extreme weather and Economic crisis

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.  
2. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note:

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
• Non-Refundable Fees Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In General case shipping cost is 30AED (15AED*2 ways) 
•  No Refund: YesEco has rights to cancel the refund proposal made by customer on above grounds.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item for an Exchange

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Can I return Innerwear or beauty products:

We regret to inform you that our Innerwear & beauty products are non-returnable due to our policy. The main reason is safety for our customer.

We recommend carefully reviewing the product description before making your purchase.

Am I allowed to request an exchange same item more than once?

No, the product size can be exchanged only once.

How to create a Return/Exchange request?

• Below are the steps that you need to follow to request for a “Return / Exchange” :
• Click on ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login.
• Navigate to ‘Exchange & Returns’.
• Select ‘Return’ if you wish to request a return, and ‘Exchange’ if you desire to request an exchange.
• Select ‘Request New Returns’ for a return or ‘Request New Exchange’ for an exchange.
• Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• Specify the reason for the return or the preferred size for the exchange.
• Ensure the accuracy of the pickup address.
• Click on ‘Submit Returns Request’ for returns or ‘Submit Exchange Request’ for exchanges.

(Note: Exchanges for the same or different sizes are only available once.)
