The price of the products shown on the Website are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams and inclusive of VAT.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
The following forms of payment are accepted:
1- Credit/Debit Cards: The card payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we and/or the Seller will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We and/or the Seller will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.
The details on the credit/debit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder as held by the issuer. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the shipping of your order by Seller. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
No credit/debit cards details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider, https://telr.com/.
We take reasonable care to make the Website secure. Confirming that your card number will be protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology (widely used by every online transaction) that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between Internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on your part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures, or any 3 party app layered, or issue with your firewall or unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

3- Cash on Delivery: For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method for orders less than USD 500. Please note that since the COD service is costly for us to provide, cash payment orders will be charged additionally per order no matter the number of items your order contains. The charges for cod are as follows:
