1.1 YesEco International provides our customers with a range of E-commerce products to buy from our online store, including Fashion, accessories, Home products, and daily use products under one platform, we make them available through any of our websites yeseco.ae and other market place.

1.3 Currently we are available on our website and some markets place, but in future will be available in-app and in common Marketing places and stores too
1.4 All the products under the website are either designed by the YesEco team or partners of the YesEco Team. We only serve the product which we promise under the description of the products.

- YesEco regulations
2.1 All sales made through the Website are made through our business partner, YesEco international FZC (“Seller”).
- “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
2.2 The YesEco Website is provided to you for your personal use subject to these terms and conditions and any other rules posted on the Website including our Privacy Policy, Payment policy, delivery & return policy, and the Terms and Conditions.

4 Payment Security
4.1 All transactions are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway, Telr (https://telr.com/), ensuring a smooth and safe checkout experience.

5 Payment methods
5.1 You are responsible for choosing the option for your purchase.

6 Banking
6.1 All transactions under YesEco are done on Wio Bank though this is a personal decision of the YesEco team, which bank to use. But we are open to disclosing the info.
6.2 YesEco has all right to change the bank as per our needs.
7 Delivery & returns
7.1 All transactions are securely processed through our third-party Delivery Partner, IQfulfillment (https://iqfulfillment.com/), ensuring a smooth delivery.
7.2 All the outside packaging is done by IQfulfillment
7.3 Damage on Delivery will be resolved on a case-to-case basis.
7.4 COD is accepted by our delivery Partner but it will charge AED 15 extra and return will charge 2 times (15AED) = 30AED
7.5 Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”
